Infra Consulting LC was founded in 2006 to help improve the managerial capacity of utilities. The founder of the company, Keenan Patterson, worked with utilities as an environmental regulator for over a decade. He observed that while many resources were focused on the technical and financial needs of utilities, it was the organizations that had the best leadership and managerial practices that enjoyed the most success. Infra Consulting LC helps improve utility management with confidence that better management leads to more effective use of technical and financial resources as well.
KEY PERSONNEL
Keenan Patterson has over 14 years of experience in environmental engineering, regulation, financial assistance, technical asistance and consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri with degrees in engineering and public administration.
